The Daiya vegan cheese might leave dairy enthusiasts shaking their heads, but it's the pineapple slices and chunks of jalapeño that violate all these pizza lovers hold dear. It seems that the spicy and sweet, while Thai-inspired in flavor profile, is a topping combination for the true rebel!

  Anna's Ultimate Fig Pizza   Anna's favorite summer pizza starts with a homemade sourdough crust brushed with olive oil, Over this, she arranges halved or quartered figs from the tree out back, crumbled goat cheese, and carmelized onions from the garden. The onions bridge the sweetness of the fruit and the creaminess of the cheese. Sprinkle freshly chopped rosemary over the top to take it to the next level.

Anna's favorite summer pizza starts with a homemade sourdough crust brushed with olive oil, Over this, she arranges halved or quartered figs from the tree out back, crumbled goat cheese, and carmelized onions from the garden. The onions bridge the sweetness of the fruit and the creaminess of the cheese. Sprinkle freshly chopped rosemary over the top to take it to the next level.  

  John's Quick-Rise Pizza   John's quick-rise pizza dough is perfect for a Friday night. A package of yeast, a cup of hot water, and a pinch of sugar get the dough started while he slices toppings. Over the crust goes a pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese and black olives. Top it all off with prosciutto or pancetta. The perfect pizza to greet the weekend any time of the year!

John's Quick-Rise Pizza

John's quick-rise pizza dough is perfect for a Friday night. A package of yeast, a cup of hot water, and a pinch of sugar get the dough started while he slices toppings. Over the crust goes a pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese and black olives. Top it all off with prosciutto or pancetta. The perfect pizza to greet the weekend any time of the year!

Kalamata olives go over mozzarella cheese, along with crimini mushrooms and sliced onions. A sprinkle of chopped garlic and Greek oregano completes this pie, along with parmesan cheese.
